For this assignment, you will need to assess a leader that you currently work for/with or have knowledge of. You will write a well-organized 3- to 4-page paper that addresses the following:
- Describe the leader in terms of his/her current position and how you know the leader. Note that you should consider using fictitious names of both the individual and the organization.
- Evaluate the individual’s leadership style.
- Assess how this style either helps or hinders the leader in terms of leading the organization towards a common vision, effective communication, and recognizing and building talent within the organization.
- Determine the extent to which you believe the leader is effective in his or her role. Support your decision with evidence from your assigned readings and from two peer-reviewed sources from the CSU-Global Library databases.
